Postage Policy

After purchasing your order online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details.

All orders are sent in registered parcels via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery date: 5-7 working days.

Should there be any delays in dispatch of your order, the Freshcare Office will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Items purchased from the Freshcare eStore are non-refundable if the items have been used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

Items are only refundable if they arrived in damaged or faulty condition. Please email us at admin@fc-wordpress.arrismc.dev within 30 days of purchase if your order arrived damaged or faulty. Refunds or replacements will be arranged.
